SimKeep ("we", "our", or "us") is an Algerian digital wallet and SIM protection service operated by Amin Terfi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the SimKeep application at skbeta.aminterfi.com.

• Phone number — used for identity verification and account creation
• Full name — used to personalize your account
• Email address — optional, used for account recovery
• Transaction data — records of money sent, received, and wallet activity
• SIM card numbers — phone numbers you add for protection monitoring
• Device information — browser type, IP address (for security purposes)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your SimKeep account
• To verify your identity via SMS/WhatsApp one-time codes (Firebase)
• To process wallet transactions and payments
• To monitor and protect your SIM numbers from deactivation
• To send important notifications about your account and SIM status
• To improve the app and fix issues

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). Phone verification is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Payment processing is handled by Slick-Pay. All services use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Firebase (Google) — for phone number verification only
• Slick-Pay — for payment processing (CIB / Edahabia)
• When required by Algerian law or legal process

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time from your Profile page
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Update your name or email address in the app
• Export your transaction history

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level database security, and phone-based two-factor authentication. We never store your OTP codes or payment card details.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

SimKeep uses browser local storage to remember your preferences (dark mode, session). No third-party advertising cookies are used.

8. Children's Privacy

SimKeep is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at skbeta.aminterfi.com/privacy.html. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
